Magritte – best known for his apple bowler hat – created a surreal architectural view with a peculiar subject in the middle. Much to my surprise, the agency controlling the license permitted to edit the content and change the colour. After printing it very large, I overpainted the canvas to work with interior design colours.
Borrowing Peter Greenaway’s term “re-interference”, I call my resulting art piece Sky Platform (68″Wx96″H).Reaching into the archives, I found views of art and pillows of the past.
